Compensation :
$85,000 - $175,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying / selling needs of our customers are met
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations

Qualifications :
- Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
- Passionate about selling
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing / lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
- Real estate license is required
- Great communication
