Bilingual SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) w / sign-on bonus :

This position provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays in areas that impact speech, language, feeding / swallowing, and cognition.

Speech Tactics provides a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. We provide clinic-based therapy services in our beautiful facility.

GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
• Opportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission / bonus pay and caseload reduction
• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
• Develop home programs and provide parent education / coaching
• Collaborate with a holistic team : OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents / caregivers
• Quarterly Bonus and Commission Pay

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP

• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
• Excellent Communication skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

Valid North Carolina Driver’s License, NC / National Background check, Reference Checks
