Position Overview :
- Hours : Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with special education teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support diverse learning needs.
- Provide direct assistance to students in academic and non-academic settings to enhance their engagement and success.
- Work with teachers and staff to create and sustain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, delivering feedback and personalized support to help them meet their goals.
- Assist in managing classroom dynamics to ensure a safe and effective learning space.
