Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our growing team. As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest has a positive, memorable experience.
You will oversee the entire restaurant operation, manage staff, and implement structure put forth by the Food and Beverage Manager and the Director of Operations
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the restaurant shift duties
- Deliver exceptional guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
- Update Toast POS on a daily basis to reflect correct counts of menu items
- Manage restaurant's daily operations and supervise shifts
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Do weekly smallwares inventory and manage COGS
- Concribute to a positive working environment
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- 1+ years of experience in customer service management
- Computer literacy, familiarity with restaurant management software including Toast, Slack, Restaurant 365, and Gmail
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
