Job description : Our client, a globally recognized leader in Private Equity, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join their award-winning Private Equity Group.
This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the top-ranked PE practices, known for executing more buyouts and growth equity deals than any other firm globally.
- Key Responsibilities : Manage and execute a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including : * Mergers and acquisitions* Leveraged recapitalizations* Growth equity and venture capital transactions* Exits and equity compensation* Work independently on transaction components while collaborating effectively within larger deal teams.
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. Qualifications : *Key Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firms Corporate or Private Equity practice.
- Proven ability to independently manage components of complex transactions.* Experience working on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters.
- Proactive mindset, with a strong business sense and attention to detail.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.*Education and Experience : Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
