General Labor – Temp to Hire

Location : Mukwonago, WI

Pay : $18 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

We are seeking a motivated General Labor associate to join our team in Mukwonago, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours on 1st shift. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material

Pretreat all incoming orders

Prep customer parts for production

Operate various coating machinery

Cross-train across multiple departments

Organize tasks in the most efficient sequence

Pack, protect, and count parts for outgoing orders

Qualifications

Previous general labor experience preferred

Ability to handle physical workload (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of UPS Worldship and FedEx shipping programs

Forklift experience / certification helpful

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay Details : $18.00 per hour
