Enterprise Credit analystprogram
The Enterprise CreditSummer Analyst Program is a ten-week program that provides youbroad exposure into our credit underwriting, monitoring, businesscontrols and data management routines.
The program emphasizeson-the-job training augmented by classroom instruction focused ontechnical, analytical, and professional skills.
Our goal is for you to have the opportunity tobuild upon your academic foundation - specifically technicalskills, industry knowledge and familiarity with a corporateenvironment - while pursuing your career, based on your interestsand background.
Your training and development is our top priority,with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programand on-the-job support, events, and mentorship throughout.
The Enterprise Credit program has five tracks tosupport the eight lines of business. The tracks include :
- Consumer Credit
- Global Wealth & Investment ManagementCredit (Supporting our Merrill and Private Bank clients)
- Global Commercial Banking (GCB),Asset Based Finance and Commercial Real EstateCredit
- Global Corporate &Investment Banking and Global Markets Credit
- Data and Analytics and BusinessControls / Process Optimization

GlobalCommercial Banking (GCB), Asset Based Finance and Commercial RealEstate Credit :
Candidates for thiscredit portfolio need a strong understanding of corporate financeand accounting principles to evaluate company financials.
The teamsare structured by client size and product specialty groups :
- GCB & BBCredit - Supports companies with revenues between $5million and $2 billion
- Asset-BasedFinance - Supports clients with asset-based lending,leases and auto dealer financing needs (i.e. auto dealershipfloorplan financing)
- CommercialReal Estate Credit - Supports clients withcommercial real estate lending needs. This team also includes ourCommunity Development Banking team which provides financing forcommunity improvement and development activities such as low-incomehousing
What to expectday to day
Over the ten-weekprogram, you will participate in a variety of day-to-day activitiesdepending on the credit portfolio to which you are aligned.
Youwill be paired with a senior team of credit professionals and maywork with different types of clients including companies andinstitutions.
Potential activities include :
- Analysis of client financialinformation, identification / mitigation of potential risks,compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluation ofcollateral in determination of creditworthiness
- Participate in loan structureconversations and completion of loan documentation
- Complete monitoring activities
- Review and evaluate collateral to ensureappropriate requirements are met
- Analyzeclients' financial performance by comparing it to past performance
- Complete cash-flow analysis to understand theclient’s ability to repay
- Attend clientmeetings to develop a deeper understanding of the client'sbusiness, management team, and past and future performance
- Review completed client requests to ensurecompliance with policy and procedures

Qualifications
- Candidatesare required to be pursuing a bachelor’sdegree from an accredited college or university witha graduation timeframe between December 2025 and June2026
- 3.2 minimumGPA preferred
- A history of highachievement
- Common areas ofstudy include but are not limited to :
- CorporateFinance
- Accounting - 12+ credit hourspreferred
- Economics
- Otherrelated majors
- Candidates shouldpossess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive foroperational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sustainableresults.
- Additionally, students should holdstrong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office, as wellas show proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving& analytical skills, verbal and written communication, andprofessionalism.
