WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years experience in healthcare sales
- 3-5 years previous management experience
- Self-motivated leadership with excellent customer service
- Strong sales abilities
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Manage day to day operations of the business including :
Retail Sales
Staff management
Building maintenance and security
Delivery
Follow up on delegated tasks
Assigning tasks to staff
Profitability of operation
Train staff on computer systems
Maintain an effective working relationship with staff, customers and referral sources
Supervisor and discipline staff as needed
Schedule staff
Balance cash drawers & complete bank deposit sheet daily
Periodically responsible for traveling to and covering locations when requested by management. Home office may change based on staffing needs.
Other related duties as assigned by Executive Director or other designated individuals
