Currently, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative (9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM SHIFT) to the team :
Responsibilities and Duties
- Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients
- Maintain records of client history : Interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments and plans of action
- Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website and mail
- Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors
- Maintain accurate and detailed records and database entries
- Set up new customer prepay accounts
- Remain aware of product back orders and special orders
- Act as a liaison between various departments
- Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures
Requirements
- Education Associates Degree preferred
- Experience Minimum two years customer service required
- Dependable and punctual
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, assist in other duties as assigned
