Currently, we are looking to add a Customer Service Representative (9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM SHIFT) to the team :

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients
• Maintain records of client history : Interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments and plans of action
• Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website and mail
• Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors
• Maintain accurate and detailed records and database entries
• Set up new customer prepay accounts
• Remain aware of product back orders and special orders
• Act as a liaison between various departments
• Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures

Requirements

• Education Associates Degree preferred
• Experience Minimum two years customer service required
• Dependable and punctual
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, assist in other duties as assigned
