Overview

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist JIPOE who will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

Must be willing to deploy to required theater of operations on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to analytic staff developing Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products.
  • Review documents for accuracy and respond to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting.
  • Assist with administration and management of requests for information (RFIs), task actions, reports, and briefings.
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities.
  • Create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read-ahead books or materials for official functions and meetings.
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and exercises, as required.

Qualifications

Skills / Qualifications :

  • Extensive knowledge in WMD, CWMD, CBRNE, or related engineering, science and technology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of JP 2-0 and JP 3-40.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Skill in use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and MS Teams.

Education and Experience :

Master's degree in an area related to WMD, CBRNE, Science & Technology, Engineering, strategic intelligence analysis or related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

S. Department of Education; or a Bachelor's degree related to WMD, CBRNE, Science & Technology, Engineering, strategic intelligence analysis or related field and an additional five (5) years of related experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.

Minimum 12 or more years of relevant professional experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.

Clearance Requirements : Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for CNWDI and RD caveats as required.

A counterintelligence polygraph is also required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Work Locations : DC Metro Area

On Site vs Remote Ratio : All work will be performed on-site.

Physical Requirements : The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation :

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
