Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Welcome and greet guests.
- Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to care for them.
- Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, and enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly.
- Prepare the final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change.
- Perform side work as management requires at the start and end of each shift.
- Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Obtain strong working knowledge of the menu by completing server training.
- Must work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week.
- Attend all scheduled team member meetings.

- Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members.
- Ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money.
- Ability to operate computer point-of-sale system.
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
- Food Handler Certification is required.
- TABC Certification is required.
