Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a talented and hard-working Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the ever-growing team in the Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic.

As a physical therapist owned clinic we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customized evidence-based care to patients in order to quickly achieve the outcomes they are looking for.

Salary :

$70,000-$90,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Patient Volume : 1-2 patients an hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
• Active California state license as Physical Therapist Assistant
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
