Large hospital system looking to bring on Director Rehabilitation Therapy Services for a 200 bed campus!
Overall management of the Rehabilitation Services department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
Develops policies and procedures, directs and coordinates patient care services, and ensures adequate staffing for the Rehabilitation Services department.
Reports to the COO. CARF regulated hospital and outpatient / rehab is at 95% capacity.
- Licensed PT, OT, or Speech Therapist with a Bachelors' Degreed.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in Rehabilitation Therapy required.
- 3+ years leadership experience in Rehabilitation Therapy required, acute care experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Certifications - neurological, orthopedic, spinal cord injury, stroke.
