We're hiring Full / Part-Time Union Certified Nurse Assistants with long-term care experience to join Phoebe Ministries at our Wernersville Campus.
General Responsibilities
Provides individualized care to residents according to the resident's care plan including feeding, oral care, bathing, dressing, compression stockings, catheter care, ostomy care, splint / brace care, and taking vital signs assigned by charge nurse.
Encourages participation in restorative programs and follows behavior plans. This role is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and is subject to an Initiation fee and dues.
