About The Position
COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Family Medicine (FM)
- 8 / 26 - 10 / 15 (no coverage needed on 9 / 2)
- 11 / 4 - 12 / 31 (no coverage needed on 11 / 28, 12 / 25)
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
- Location : Oregon (About 1.5 hours outside of Portland)
- Setting : Outpatient
- Patient Volume : Approx. 16 patients / day
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - Clinic from 8am-5pm
- Wednesday - Admin time from 8am-5pm
- Provider needs to be comfortable with all ages but, they will mainly be seeing Teenagers-Adults (they have a PEDS and IM on-site)
- APP Support / Supervision : MAs, RNs, Referral Coordinator
- EMR : EPIC
- Requirements : Active OR License, Board Certified required, Clean Background
- Family Medicine (FM)
