Work Dates Needed : 12 / 1 / 2025-4 / 30 / 2026
Preferred Schedule : 12 hours shifts, 8a-8p. Weekend rotation min every 3rd.
Worksite Setting : Outpatient Urgent Care
Scope of Work : Acute illnesses and injuries, no chronic care mgt.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active PA license, BLS, DEA. PA State Clearances.
EMR : EPIC
Pay Rate : $80-$90 / hr
