Caseload : Serving 2-3 Middle Schools, Aligned with a Middle School Supervisor
Job Description : We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work near Ramsey, MN, for the 2024-2025 school year.
This full-time role involves 37.5 hours per week, serving middle school students across 2-3 schools. The BCBA will work closely with a middle school supervisor to develop and implement behavior interventions, provide direct support to students, and train staff on effective behavior management techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform FBAs and develop BIPs for middle school students with behavioral needs.
- Provide direct behavioral support and ongoing consultation to teachers, staff, and students.
- Monitor and adjust intervention strategies to ensure the effectiveness of BIPs.
- Collaborate with the middle school supervisor to ensure consistent application of behavioral interventions across the schools.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on data collection and behavior management techniques.
- Keep accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress to ensure compliance with school policies.
Requirements :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
