About The Position
Seeking Hospitalists for Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for locum coverage.
Echo Locum Tenens is a direct affiliate of Sound Physicians, offering priority scheduling ahead of third-party agencies. Enjoy flexible shifts with no minimum requirements, competitive pay, covered travel and lodging, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and full-service credentialing, logistics, payroll, and licensing support.
Program details :
- 696 Bed Hospital
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - True Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Dedicated nocturnist team; rounding physicians will admit until swing hospitalist comes on
- Nocturnists will supervise resident's admits, cross-cover, run code strong; 1 APP, coverage varies / phone cross-cover
- Scheduling : 7 day rounders (7 am 7 pm); 1-2 swing (3 pm 11 pm) and on occasion (3 pm 3 am); 1 Nocturnist (7 pm 7 am)
- Open ICU
- No Procedures
- No Codes, but hospitalists are the rapid response team.
- Epic EMR
- Active FL License, DEA, and BLS required
