Regional Business Office Manager

This position requires 15-25% overnight regional travel.

Job duties :

• Plans, directs, and evaluates systems and procedures involving Medicaid reimbursable activities within the district.
• Oversees the supervision of the entry and maintenance of Medicaid records for consistency and accuracy.
• Resident and employee file maintenance and security
• Employee onboarding process
• Employee compliance with mandatory educational and certification requirements.
• Employee benefit enrollment and declination
• Payroll
• Employee annual review process
• Annual resident renewal process
• Monthly resident billing and long-term care insurance submissions
• Medicaid Waiver
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
• Audits Resident Invoices monthly Qualifications :
• Must have previous experience with business office management in a regional setting,managing multiple senior living community offices.
• Previous experience with Medicaid Billing
• Must have strong MS Excel skills
• Must be able to travel to regional locations a few times per month
