5 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Med / Surg; Wound and Colostomy experience License : New York State RN License, Primary Source Verification Certifications : AHA BLS, Wound Care Certification Must-Have : Certified in Home Health, Excellent Communication Skills, Community Outreach, Wound Management Job Description : 70% of the role involves in-office tasks, with the possibility of traveling to patients’ homes for wound care consultations.
- Responsible for providing expert wound care and management in a home care setting.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their families.- Engage in community outreach to promote awareness and education on wound care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage patient interactions and care schedules efficiently.
