Position Overview :
We are currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of heavy industrial equipment in an aluminum casting and rolling manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :
Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous quality improvement in alignment with company policiesFollow all Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Standard Work InstructionsMaintain a safe, clean work environmentRead and interpret basic mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints for troubleshootingCreate job orders for repairs, new equipment installations, and preventive maintenanceRepair and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and gas piping systemsPerform hot work and riggingExecute preventive maintenance on production equipmentWork safely at heightsOperate a variety of tools, measuring devices, and test equipmentFollow instructions and respond to management directionIdentify and resolve problems in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively and collaborate with team membersSuggest improvements for quality, production, and safetyJob Duties Include but Are Not Limited To :
Install, maintain, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentFit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings / belts to precise tolerancesService and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systemsPerform tack welding and fabricationOperate rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and partsRead diagrams and schematic drawingsDiagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production machineryReplace malfunctioning componentsDisassemble and reassemble machinery for inspection and repairLubricate, clean, or adjust parts and equipmentExamine parts for defects or wearTest and verify machinery functionality post-repairAnalyze test results or error messages to diagnose problemsRecord materials used and requisition new parts as neededKeep detailed records of maintenance and repairsRefer to blueprints or manuals for proper installation proceduresCut and weld metal partsEnter codes to program computer-controlled machineryDemonstrate equipment use to operatorsPreferred Qualifications :
Strong background in industrial maintenanceExperience with product and process failure analysisSkilled in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic / pneumatic systemsExperience in fabricating and installing mechanical systemsCreative problem-solving and critical thinking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttentive listenerHydraulic troubleshooting experienceForklift and aerial lift operation preferredRequirements :
Education / Certification :
High school diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years of continuous experience repairing heavy industrial equipment in a manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to climb, stand, bend, reach, and squat in a manufacturing settingManual dexterity for fine motor tasks (grasping, pinching, turning, typing)Ability to lift up to 50 poundsWork Environment :
