Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst who is fully proficient in applying established standards and researching and resolving a wide range of complex problems with diverse scope in innovative ways.
The ideal candidate should be able to tackle problems where precedent may not exist and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Responsibilities Gathers data and prepares documents required by TRATON Uses a formal process for appropriate data gathering, consolidation and analysis of financial data relative to the preparation of required reporting Ensures data integrity and proper accounting and works with auditors who support the review and audit of regulatory filings Gathers reference material concerning new and existing technical accounting literature to ensure compliance with TRATON policies in accounting and financial reporting Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of accounting / financial reporting experience OR Master’s degree At least 1 year of accounting / financial reporting experience OR At least 5 years of accounting / financial reporting experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
