Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a positive impact on students' lives? ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate SLP to join our team in El Cajon, California.
Help students develop their communication abilities and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities :
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development.
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid SLP license in the state of California.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
