This position requires availability on Fridays & Saturdays until 7PM & Sundays 10AM-5PM
Responsibilities
Must have knowledge of supplements, herbs and natural healing products
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
- Stocking and proper product rotation.
- Ensures proper department cleanliness, sanitizing and overall conditions of department.
- May assist in training of new team members, utilizing all learning tools and vendor support.
- Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership
Skills
- Ability to learn knowledge of products carried in the store.
- Strong retail sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- Background or certification in health, nutrition or wellness field a plus.
- You will be required to be standing for a majority of all shifts.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights until 7PM & weekends.
