What You Will Do :
Our 2024 Campus Defense & Security Financial Management / Audit Remediation / Accounting Consultants help our federal clients within Defense & National Security optimize all elements of their finance management structure.
Our new consultants will also build their professional and personal consulting skillsets while gaining a strong understanding of consulting within a financial capability.
Key responsibilities include :
- Accounting and budget management
- Audit remediation activities, such as developing / updating process documentation (e.g., narratives and flow charts), and developing / implementing corrective action plans to address findings
- Performing recurring testing, such as testing internal controls, designing and executing Manager’s Internal Controls Programs
- Performing and reviewing statement analysis, financial information, reporting results, and financial statement audit report analysis
What You Will Need :
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher level of federal / government security clearance.
- US Citizenship is required for security clearance
- Completing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (between fall 2023 and summer 2024) from an accredited United States college or university.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- United States college or university majors focusing in accounting, finance, change management, or business information systems
- ACTIVE and CURRENT security clearance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in growing a career in consulting, preferably government / federal / DoD consulting
