BITTERCREEK ALEHOUSE & RED FEATHER LOUNGE SEEKING FOH MANAGEMENT!
Just Eat Local is looking for a savvy, creative, & hungry service industry professional to assume a service management role.
Job activities focus on managing FOH operations that impact the financial performance of the restaurant.
- Managing team execution of defined service standards
- Staff coaching that emphasizes guest experience and product presentation
- Overseeing service of 3-5 meal periods per week
- Educating & training staff on our dynamic seasonal menus
- Representing the final step in guest interaction and conflict resolution.
- Acting as quality assurance for guest experience.
Applicants should have strong opinions about (and experience in) the restaurant industry, craft beverage, local food systems, and a general appreciation for Boise's unique cultural identity.
Starting Wage : $60k / year
