Core Responsibilities :

• Access Amazon portal (Seller and Vendor Central)
• Process order via portal and secure routing instructions.
• Process order in Apprise based on Amazon Routing instructions.
• Maintain tracking of new order, routed, orders, problematic, shipped orders.
• Communicate to management team issues that may cause delay or processing of orders.
• Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Follow up on orders assigned to him / her.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• May require some work on the floor with stickering, repacking of orders.

Salary Range :

$18.00 - $19.00 / hour

Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.

Location

This position will be working in our Tustin distribution center.
