Revised Job Description Position : Full-Time Customer Service Representative- Location : Near Houston Galleria, Houston, TX- Schedule : Set schedule with no nights or weekendsWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role involves providing top-notch front desk coordination with a focus on exceptional customer service, efficient computer skills, and a high level of professionalism.
As the primary point of contact for our clients, creating a positive first impression through a friendly demeanor is essential. Compensation :
$14 hourly + bonus
Responsibilities :
- Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
- Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
- Answer phones, schedule conference rooms
- Hours M-F 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm
- Process customer payments
- Set the tone for the culture of the office
Qualifications :
