Job Description
We, at Congruent are disrupting the face of retirement market in the US, through innovative solutions for managing the entire lifecycle of retirement savings, accumulation and decumulation.
We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead one of our product lines. As an ideal candidate you are a customer advocate, give a lot of attention to detail, are passionate about building great products that solve real world problems and have experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Experience 4 to 5 years. Developing the strategy and roadmap for assigned product lines
- Envision product capabilities, clearly identify opportunities and gaps
- Prioritisation of roadmap items based on value, business impact, customer requirements, market opportunities
- Market and competition analysis
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX and sales / marketing teams on the development, QA, and release of products
- Track product usage metrics and identify improvements
Key Requirements
- Self-starting individual with a product focus
- Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
- Prior tech, pre-sales, sales, or partnership experience a plus
