The Baccarat Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager Overnight Relief to oversee the Front Office operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury are maintained throughout the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in luxury 5-star hospitality, with operational experience preferred.

Qualifications :

As the Front Office Manager, you will :

Lead a team of dedicated front desk agents and concierge staff, inspiring them to deliver flawless service and embody the Baccarat brand's essence of sophistication.

Manage all aspects of guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries, ensuring seamless coordination between departments for a smooth guest journey.

Uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality, maintaining the Baccarat Hotel's reputation as a beacon of luxury in NYC.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and guest-centric innovation within the front office team. Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a front office management role within a luxury hotel environment.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering unparalleled guest service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
