Overview :

Title : Customer Care and Operations Support Specialist

Location : Dallas, TX office onsite all shifts

Part-Time : 2 shifts available; we are seeking 2 different people for these roles

  • Sunday 8am - 3pm; Monday - Tuesday 3pm - 9pm and Every other Wednesday 3pm - 9pm
  • Saturday 8am - 3pm; Every other Wednesday 3pm - 9pm; Thursday and Friday 3pm, - 9pm

Catapult Health (Addison area) is in the business of empowering individuals to improve their health. We do this through next generation preventive health checkups.

Everyone on our team plays a critical part in delivering upon our mission. To be specific, our Customer Care and Operations Support Specialists resolve patient inquiries through email, text and phone calls and perform high volume data entry of health information.

In addition, they support our teams onsite and in the office to facilitate patient's vritual and onsite appointment experiences.

Additional Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age or over.

Position hours are shared above.

How you will make an impact :

  • Embrace and share our customer centric mindset through daily interactions with our team members and patients.
  • Respond to patient inquiries daily via phone, email and text, as assigned.
  • Track all activity in our tool, Zendesk.
  • Perform significant and accurate data entry, as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of patient data.
  • Communicate with patients and internal team members verbally and electronically in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Protect patient privacy rights and maintain confidentiality of PHI in accordance to policy and procedure and HIPPA requirements.
  • As a rapidly growing organization, job responsibilities may be altered from time to time.

What you need to be successful :

  • Exceptional written and verbal grammar and communication skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information and tasks with the utmost care and discretion.
  • Extraordinarily responsible and dependable.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
  • Strong sense of urgency / drive to be resourceful and excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • An agile, self-starter mentality and the capacity to work in a faced paced, transforming environment.
  • Strong proficiency working with technology systems, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
