Escalation of technical issues to engineering level personnel asrequired. Assistin pilot verification and implementation of New Product Introduction test processes.
Development and implementation of Test Software Log.Maintain log to reflect current rev of test software being used for allProducts.
Supportreviewof Engineering NPI Readiness Process. Determinestock levels for all Repair and Maintenance Parts and control stock levels toprovideoptimalsupport to operations area.
Directlyparticipatesin test plan development; QA automation software development, and test plan execution, results analysis, root cause identification, and reporting.
Analyzes failure reports and makes recommendations to improve product reliability and quality, and quality assurance processes,practicesand procedures.
Works independently and within engineering practices tomaintain, modify, and enhance existing quality methods & processes Practices making good technical decisions and completes tasks & assignments under only general direction Recognize problems that need further investigation, seekassistancewhen needed,demonstratesinitiative and self-motivation.
Support the evaluation and implementation of consistent testprocessesinCCBUOperation. Compliance to all Policies and procedurese.
gHousekeeping, Safety, ESD required-skills : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Associatesdegree in Electronics, Computer Scienceorequivalent discipline is preferred.
A+ or Networking qualification also acceptable Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Manufacturing Test Technician,Electronic, or Computer Systems Technicianorequivalent isrequired.
Experience and solid understanding of the product test processes in a hardware product environment. Computer hardware, software and networking knowledgerequired.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proven knowledge anddemonstratedapplication ofcomputer and networkconcepts and skillsrequired.
Proven understanding of software systems,Operating Systems Experience incomputer and networktesting methodologiesanddata collection and root cause analysis techniques, and reporting practicesrequired Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Strong senseof process, detail and follow through Strong set of problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task across problem domains and variousdepartments. Ability to work independently and withina team. High School Diploma or GEDrequired-experience : 6 Months IT / Server Repair
