In this pivotal role, you'll be in an administrative role to oversee and nursing practices, and help create a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

What We’re Looking For :
- Expert Knowledge : In-depth understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Proven Experience : Background in hospice care, nursing administration, and shift management in settings such as nursing homes, home health, or assisted living.
- Exceptional Leadership : Strong skills in motivating and guiding a team with empathy and vision.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively for efficient management.
- Problem Solver : Proactive approach to challenges with excellent decision-making abilities.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation.
