Accounting Clerk
We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and who can stay focused on the task at hand. The main responsibility of this position is to input production vendor information (including tax information) into our vendor maintenance tool which will integrate with our new ERP system.
The ERP system is launching in July so the candidate must be able to easily adapt as processes are likely to continuously change as we learn the functionalities of the new environment.
Responsibilities :
- Vendor Inputs Entering vendor info into our internal database
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Adhoc projects projects and duties added as capabilities determine
Requirements :
- Proficient with Excel (Moderate Pivot Tables, vlookups) and Adobe (Moderate)
- 1-2 years office experience required
- Education - High school diploma required
Compensation :
$23.28 / hr. - $31.03 / hr. (W2)
