Brief Overview :
We are seeking an experienced interim Infrastructure Project Manager to complete the delivery of technology & infrastructure through the opening of a new venue in 2024 until mid-2025.
This role involves managing completion of all outstanding works, service transition to IT (both remote and on-site) and detailed knowledge transfer to the on-site support team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee completion of infrastructure-specific installations, such as :
- Network and Wi-Fi,
- Footfall Infrastructure and Reporting,
- Brand Network provision,
- Technology Room Fit-out,
- Cellular Service provision (DAS / Passpoint),
- Radio Infrastructure installation,
- Trailor and / or Management Office technology installations,
- Staff Services technology installations,
- Technology updates related to planned solar panel installation,
- Adjustments to enable parking for Arena events.
- System Integration : Complete integrate of Garage systems into the new IT network and Security Operations Center
- Handover & Support : Provide support, service transition and knowledge transfer, as follows :
- Throughout engagement, provide continuous support to on-site IT Support team
- Document IT services and lead service transition (Remote and On-site team)
- Lead knowledge transfer to permanent on-site team and remote IT Service Desk
Required Skills / Experience :
- Proven experience in technology project management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience working on campus / venue wide technology infrastructure implementation
- Experience with IT support and system integration projects.
- Experience liaising with suppliers and contractors
