• Tackle Excess and Obsolescence : Strategically manage excess and obsolete goods, coordinating with the warehouse to streamline material disposition.
• Ensure Timely Deliveries : Keep the supply chain on track by regularly updating and managing lead times with suppliers for punctual deliveries.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Monitor and manage product revisions to prevent obsolescence and avoid excess finished goods.
• Resolve Issues Swiftly : Quickly identify and address invoicing and receiving discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.
