Sales Supervisor (FT) - Century City

Join CALPAK’s mission to elevate the travel experience! As a Sales Supervisor at our first ever store, you'll inspire customers to travel confidently with our innovative luggage and travel accessories.
You'll be a key part of our "Happy Packing" culture, delivering top-tier customer service while achieving both individual and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be a brand ambassador, building lasting customer relationships and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Stay energetic and positive while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Use tools to meet KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and keep up with retail trends.
- Accurately process transactions using POS (Shopify) and handle cash responsibly.
- Ensure proper stock levels, handle inventory, and follow store opening / closing procedures.
- Motivate, coach, and inspire the team; manage employee experience from hiring to offboarding.
- Assist store leadership in ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures including staffing, inventory and store maintenance.

- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, lifting, and stocking merchandise.
What You'll Need :
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive retail experience.
- Strong sales and service skills, ability to multitask, and handle cash transactions.
