SHIFT : Mon-Fri 7 : 30am-4pm Days
JOB TYPE : Full-Time Permanent
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that will provide comprehensive behavioral and educational services to individuals with developmental disabilities and / or behavioral challenges.
The BCBA will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior support plans for clients.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy and support to clients.
- Train and supervise direct care staff and other professionals in behavior support techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust behavior support plans as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated services.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports on clients' progress.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to maintain current knowledge and skills in the field.
- Work with the leadership to launch and grow clinical services, onboard and train all clinical staff, and develop programming for children and families of all ages.

Requirements :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or other related fields from an accredited university.
- BLS / CPR certification.
- Maintains NPI number.
- QBS certification or other restraints / holds training.
- Maintains updated CAQH account.
- At least one (1) year of experience as a BCBA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
