Job Description
Are you looking to advance your career? We are searching for an experienced physician to join our emergency medicine (EM)team as facility medical director at our brand new freestanding emergency department.
This position will be cross-credentialed at several other UF Health emergency departments in central Florida :
- The Villages Hospital (44,000 annual volume) Leesburg Hospital (48,000 annual volume)
- The Villages FSED (12,000 annual volume)
- Mt. Dora / Eustis UCEM Opening Spring 2024
- Clermont FSED opening Fall 2024
Required credentials :
- Board certified / prepared through ABEM OR AOBEM
- Or board certified in family medicine / internal medicine with current emergency medicine experience and current ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- All applicants must have a completed residency
