We are in search of a passionate and driven Associate Attorney to join our firm.
Compensation :
$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients including national / regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon.
- Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills.
Qualifications :
- Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Should be licensed to practice law in either Washington or California.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney is required, with the opportunity for training in this specific practice area.
- Seeking a candidate with a strong ambition to thrive in a dynamic firm, handling top-notch work and clients in prominent West Coast markets.
- Excellent skills in communication, research, and analysis are essential.
- Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are crucial.
