As a Technician, you will :

• Diagnose and Repair : Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of generator issues, from simple maintenance to complex electrical and mechanical problems.
• Perform Maintenance : Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal generator performance and longevity.
• Test and Analyze : Utilize load-bank testing and other diagnostic tools to assess generator functionality and identify potential problems.
• Provide Expertise : Share your knowledge and expertise with customers, clearly explaining issues and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate : Work effectively with fellow technicians, engineers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive power solutions.
• Document and Report : Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and expenses.

Requirements :

• Proven Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing generators and related power systems.
• Technical Skills : Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including experience with alternators, wiring harnesses, safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systems.
• Troubleshooting Expertise : Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to generators and power systems.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Safety Focus : Commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to safely operate heavy equipment and follow OSHA regulations.
• Adaptability : Willingness to travel to various locations, work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Self-Motivation : A proactive and self-directed approach to work, with a strong drive to deliver results and exceed customer expectations.

Shift & Hours :

Regular shift is 7 AM to 4 PM.
