Job Overview : This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing / escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.

Education and Experience : Completion of High School or GED required. College degree desired. Knowledge of health care revenue cycle preferred. Understanding of insurance is a plus.
