The Position :
The primary function of the Assistant Director of Student Life position is to implement strategies designed to enhance the overall educational experience and campus engagement of students through the development of social, leadership, equity and inclusion, and wellness programs.
This position will serve as the direct oversight of all student organizations on campus, except for Student Government Association.

- Student Organization Management
- Oversee the process for recognizing and registering new student organizations.
- Develop and maintain an online resource center for student organization leadership and advisors including templates, guides, and best practices.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support the growth and development of student organizations.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of student-related experience
- Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; be self-motivated and self-directed, innovative, and creative.
