Job Description : A school district near Denver Coloradois seeking a dedicated and supportive Paraprofessional to assist in creating a positive learning environment for our students.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers and students to facilitate educational activities and provide individualized support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special education requirements.
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Supervise students during activities, including recess, lunch, and field trips.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student learning.
