Job Overview :

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RN for a Full Time position in our Special Care Nursery at Community Medical Center.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care.

Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications : Required :

Required : RN degree

RN degree

NJ RN License

Current SCN or NICU experience

BLS required (American Heart Association) & NRP

Day Shift

Essential Functions :

The RN cares for our infants 32 weeks and up including attending deliveries, vents, CPAP, medication and treatments.

Prepares Infant s for transport when necessary.

Assisting Moms with breast feeding & Supporting Family with education & care of their infant throughout their stay.
