Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Cleveland, OH.
As an Elementary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of young learners, fostering their academic and personal growth in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Ohio Academic Content Standards and promote student understanding and mastery of grade-level curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with individualized education plans (IEPs) and English language learners (ELLs).
- Assess student progress regularly through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to instruction and student support.
- municate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with best practices in education.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid Ohio teaching license appropriate for the grade level and subject area.
- Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogy, and best practices in elementary education.
- Excellent munication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
