Qualifications :

Prefer ARRT (MR), or minimum of 5 years MRI experience

Prefer previous MRI experience in acute care setting, with demonstrated knowledge of all types of MRI procedures

Current Kentucky state license

CPR certification or obtains within six months of hire

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledgeable of all MRI safety practices, quality controls, and able to maintain MRI ACR accreditation

The MRI Technologist will perform quality MRI examinations under the direction of the Director and Medical Director of Radiology.
Must be able to lift patients, push portables, work under stress, make independent judgements and deal professionally with others.
The MRI technologist is responsible for assuring that services are provided in a manner that is consistent with Ohio County Healthcare policies, procedures, and the purpose, vision, and values.
