An industry leading Chicago-based General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager who can lead large-scale commercial construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid / high-rise or a diverse commercial background. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to grow in their career with a company that continues to grow and diversify.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Projects of $10MM or more desirable
• Stable work history
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)
