Job Description
- Handle construction defect litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
- Conduct discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Retain and work with expert witnesses for expert discovery
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
- Collaborate with a team to achieve client and firm goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction defect experience
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong litigation skills, including handling cases independently
- Admission to the California Bar
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
