We are a leading provider of precast concrete infrastructure products in the northeast. Our products range from standardized to highly customized solutions.
We focus on prefabricated pump stations and all types of prefabricated concrete buildings from restrooms to communication structures.
Role Description :
The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the prefabrication team of carpenters, mechanics, masons, and electricians, ensuring projects are constructed to the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Experience in creating a positive work environment
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field a benefit, but not required
